Sensei Jamie Sealey
Sensei Sealey has been training in martial arts for over thirty years. He originally started with Taekwondo in 1992, where he earned his black belt. In 2008, he began training in Nan Sho Budo with Kyoshi Jason May, the founder of the system. He has been a Nan Sho student for 14 years and has led Nan Sho Greensboro for six years as the head instructor for the school.
Jamie is continuously learning and improving his skills and understanding of martial arts. He is currently studying under Guru George Bailey, the founder of Progressive Arnis, and Kyoshi Troy Price, the Director of the Shuri-Te Bujutsu-Kai.
Our School
The students at Nan Sho Greensboro are excited to learn and have fun as we train. The small class sizes allow for dedicated time and attention for every student. We are learning and growing together, and we can adapt our techniques and practices to suit any body type.
